The Penguin is a Art Deco hotel located in the heart
of South Beach, 15 minutes to downtown Miami and Miami
International Airport. As part of the Penguin Resort,
guests have access to a private, secluded garden and
wading pool at the President Hotel, which is adjacent
to the Penguin Hotel. Guest rooms offer colorful decor,
redecorated bath and a refrigerator.
Fully renovated, this late Art Deco hotel was designed
and built in 1948, and originally named The Golden
Dawn Hotel. Its' features include direct access to
Ocean Drive and the beach, 24-hour concierge service,
garage parking, and The Front Porch Cafe, which serves
what is considered to be the best breakfast in South
Beach. The hotel is minutes to fine dining, shopping
